Description (partial)

Symptom:
mpls_ldp is leaking memory, can result in crashing at any memory allocation calls (due to lack of memory).

Conditions:
The memory leak is seen under following conditions:
1) LDP is needing to download data to LSD (ex: label rewrites), and creates data for downloads.
2) Connection between LDP and LSD is interrupted.
3) Data prepared in (1) is not properly cleaned up, causing memory leak.
