Description (partial)

Symptom:
Courtesy Callback has 2 types of tables:  Current tables and Historical tables.
CVP Reporting server wasn't populating any historical data into callback_historical table although same data is visible on callback_current tables (informix DB)

It seems duplicate records were being generated for the same callback entry ? which stops archive job from populating data into historical tables in CVP Reporting server's Inforix DB).
 
On trying to run sp_arch_callback() and we are getting the below error.
 
239: Could not insert new row - duplicate value in a UNIQUE INDEX column (U
   100: ISAM error:  duplicate value for a record with unique key
