ecs-2.0-11

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Cannot access the Embedded Oracle DB on the Standby CMC HA node after a switchover.

The oracleenv environment variable file, ORACLE_SID is not updated to s_wcs when a switchover occurs. It remains set to wcs indicating the Active node. It should be changed to s_wcs on switchover.

Conditions:
Perform a switchover from Primary (Active HA) CMC to the Secondary (Standby HA) CMC node.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log into the Primary CMC (Standby HA) as root user.
2. Change to oracle user.
3. bash
4. source /opt/oracle/oracleenv
5. sqlplus wcsdba/wcs123

Produces a log in error.
