Description (partial)

Symptom:
USER1 : ABC (Receiver of Invite ) 
USER2 :  XYZ(the guy who created the meeting). 
scenario : 
- USER2 created a meeting to start at 10:45 pm 
- ( USER1) have accepted the invitation in outlook, then waited for the meeting to start 
- when the meeting starts at 10:45 am, We waited for two minutes, but the status didn't changes. 
- We clicked again in Outlook on accept
- The status changed to in a meeting an dthen available in about 5 seconds. 
- Accept again, the status again in a meeting then available. 
- The status changed to "in a meeting" only if we launch the webex meeting.

Jabber Integrated with Outlook
