Description (partial)

Symptom:
"Unresponsive script" adding all runtime users to Interactive user when there is a large number of runtime users.

Conditions:
Using the web browser, Firefox, when adding  a new Interactive Super User and use the option to "Check all" Runtime Users tab of User Definition, Get a Warning: Unresponsive script popup error:
A script on this page may be busy,or it may have stopped responding.  You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.

Click Continue and keep getting popup. Eventually get this:
