Description (partial)

Symptom:
Add support for AES_CM_128_HMAC_80 Unencrpyted SRTCP crypto suite in addition to AES_CM_128_HMAC_SHA1_32.

Conditions:
Cisco 9971 IP phone supports both AES_CM_128_HMAC_80 and AES_CM_128_HMAC_SHA1_32 with and w/o Unencrpyted SRTCP parameter. Jabber only supports AES_CM_128_HMAC_SHA1_32 w/o Unencrpyted SRTCP.

It's same for Jabber for Mac and Jabber for iPad and iPhone. Those clients currently supports only 1 AES_CM_128_HMAC_SHA1_32 crypto suite,  default AES_CM_128_HMAC_SHA1_80 crypto suite (according RFC 4568) support is missing.
