Description (partial)

Symptom:
On an SMA, when all available disk space is configured in a single disk quota for a single process (i.e. Tracking, Reporting, etc.) and all disk space is full, the appliance cannot purge old data to create room for new data from the ESAs.

Conditions:
All disk space allocated to a singe disk quota for a single service (I.e. Tracking, Reporting, etc.) and all disk space is full. New data will not be pulled from ESAs.

Disk Usage Exceeds Quota on Management Appliance
Recently we have noticed some odd behaviour on our management appliance.  This appliance gathers reporting and message tracking data from 12 ESA's.  Recently at times when we use message tracking, you can find the summary for an email but when you click to get into the details, it comes up blank.  While looking at this, I noticed in the Disk Usage section that we have allocated 1000 G for the Centralized Email Tracking service but it shows it is using 1029 G ????  It appears to still be growing albeit ...
