Description (partial)

When clicking on the VoIP Monitor tab in CDA, it may load for a very long time and intermittently time out with a CDAUI error.  This leads to missing devices in LDAP, and a failure to monitor these devices.

The query that the synch process runs has a UNION in the middle.  The first half of the query properly filters out devices starting with SEP that are associated to RMCM user.  The second half of the query can returns thousands of devices, as it does not relate the devices back to the RMCM user.

This is seen on UCCX 9.0(2)SU2 with CUCM
