Description (partial)

Symptom:
In Courtesy Callback chapter of the Packaged Contact Center Enterprise Features Guide, there are discrepancies between the maximum array size described for the user.microapp.ToExtVXML ECC (which specifies a max size of 4), the default user.microapp.ToExtVXML ECC itself in the day 1 database (also set to 4) and the example courtesy callback routing script that ships with Unified CVP which set 5 array elements.

Conditions:
This issue applies to customers who are either are attempting to use 5 elements in the user.microapp.ToExtVXML default ECC for their own application or for customers and partners attempting to follow the Courtesy Callback example in the guide.
