UCCX System version: 10.5.1.11001-49 We are getting bug <key>CSCuq84179</key> , and for this defect we performed the suggested workaround: Navigate to UCCX Serviceability --&gt; Tools --&gt; Service Parameters Select the server and select the service as 'Cisco RIS Data Collector' Change the value of Maximum Number of Processes and Threads to 3500 .
