Description (partial)

Symptom:
The "Value for fields to be ignored" does not work in the "update users" section of the bat.xlt file in CUCM. Entering a hashmark (#) for this value has no bearing on the file that's actually generated. 

Entering a hashmark for this value should insert a # in each empty optional field. According to the BAT guide for CUCM 9, when configured correctly in the import, this will cause the field to be ignored
