Description (partial)

Symptom:
Tspec &  Fspec  peak rate values are very large  in "sh mpls traffic-eng tunnels name x detail". The large values are displayed when the tunnel heads are sourced from Juniper and the XR devices are mid points or tails. When the tunnel head is sourced from the XR the large values are not displayed on the XR mid points.
