Description (partial)

Symptom:
The current probe mentioned in the deployment guide (TMS 14.4) is creating huge Probe Failed Logs  (on syslog server), whenever one of the TMS server is in passive mode

Enhancement Request to correct the probe to generate less failed probe logs.

Conditions:
Redundancy Model TMS 14.4 (Active/Passive).
Whenever one of the TMS server is in passive mode
