Description (partial)

Symptom:
There are mainly two issues
1.In CTC , Open a Node View for 2 node with exactly same Node name and and their respective card/shelf view. Delete one node from CTC and all the tabs of this node got closed as expected. But the card view tabs of the second node also got closed, Node view and shelf view  of this node are not closed.
2.In CTC , Open a Node View for 2 node with exactly same Node name and and their respective card/shelf view. Change node name of one node to new node name.Node view and NC shefview  of two nodes got closed as expected(Since both has same titile).And card view of node whose name has changed as expected but card view of node whose name has not changed also changed to new node name.

Conditions:
Issue 1:
1. Have a node with name IOS(IP: 10.64.104.x), in CTC add another node with same name IOS(but different IP: 10.64.104.y)
2. Open node view, NC, SSC tabs for both the nodes 10.64.104.x and 10.64.104.y.
3. Delete the node(10.64.104.y) from CTC and all the tabs of this node got closed as expected. But the SSC tabs of the node 10.64.104.x also got closed, Node view and NC tabs of this node are not closed.

Issue 2:
1. Have a node with name IOS(IP: 10.64.104.x), in CTC add another node with same name IOS(but different IP: 10.64.104.y)
2. Open node view, NC, SSC tabs for both the nodes 10.64.104.x and 10.64.104.y.
3.renamed the node 10.64.104.y from IOS to MSM. All the Tabs opened for the node 10.64.104.y got closed. But Node view and NC tabs of 10.64.104.x also got closed. And SSC tabs which were opened for 10.64.104.x are renamed to MSM. Network view shows the correct names IOS for 10.64.104.x and MSM for 10.64.104.y.
