Description (partial)

Symptom:
masquerade setting can cause parse error when reloaded configuration file

User can configure masquerade setting for listener with no masqueraded headers from "listenerconfig" CLI or WebUI (ldap.masquerade).

If configuration file with such setting is saved and re-loaded, AsyncOS failed to load the configuration file with parse error like following:

 --------------------------------
 Error Configuration file was not loaded. Parse Error on element "masquerade"
   line number **** column 19: Invalid length. Must be at least 1.
 --------------------------------

Conditions:
Parse error occurs when loading configuration file include no masqueraded headers setting
