Description (partial)

Symptom:
N7K doesn't send SNMP link up/down trap for sub-interfaces even though the link trap is enabled, i.e. from "show snmp trap" and SNMPWALK of ifLinkUpDownTrapEnable

Conditions:
N7K sub-interface with SNMP link up/down trap enabled
