Description (partial)

On the CX 9.1 platform, if a user attempts to install a license that has NGIPS features enabled in CX 9.1 code then the license import will fail with a generic error message of "Response could not be processed".  This error message really indicates that the NGIPS feature set is not available in 9.1 and therefore the license cannot be properly applied.  In these scenarios, the customer should upgrade to CX 9.2 or later and the license should apply successfully.

1.  Must be running CX 9.1 code
2.  Must be attempting to import a license that contains NGIPS functionality
