Description (partial)

In the Cisco Packaged Contact Center Enterprise Installation and Upgrade Guide, information needs to be added to the Configure Unified Communications Manager > Configure Application User topic for  pguser roles for 99xx generation phones.

This step must be added to the directions:
Click Add to Access Control Group. Then click Find and select Standard CTI Allow Call Monitoring and
Standard CTI Enabled. Select also Standard "CTI Allow Control of Phones supporting Connected Xfer/Conf".
