Description (partial)

Symptom:
The email received when a user synchronization has completed shows the incorrect time for "Sync start time" and "Sync completion time".

The email is received at the correct time. Also the Directory Integration web page in admin web shows the correct time. 

This should be in the timezone of the Administrator profile, but it appears to be in PST timezone.

Conditions:
CWMS using Directory Integration/LDAP synchronization with CUCM
