Description (partial)

Symptom:
When the "Machine Type" on the "General Information Page" of "Add Monitoring Wizard" is selected as Agent Managed Computer(Trusted Boundary) or Agent Managed Computer (un-trusted Boundary)  then the dialog takes a long time to populate the Service Machine Drop Down and till then the dialog hangs and become unresponsive.

Conditions:
This error occur only in the environment where there are large number ( > 1000) of Agent Managed Computers and also the Agent Managed Computer is selected as Machine Type from Add monitoring wizard.
