Cisco Bug: CSCuq80108 - SIP video phones dial out to PSTN,call drops when pressing hold/resume

Symptom:
Problem Description:
When dialing out with a video enabled IP Phones, call drops are seen after pressing
hold/resume.

Call Flow: 8945 ? SIP --- CUCM --- SIP --- CUBE-SP --- SIP --- Acme SBC --- SIP --- PSTN

 No issues if Video is disabled.

The issue only affects SIP phones, SCCP phones of same model have no issues.

although all phones are sending the replying with
m=video, the difference with SCCP and SIP appears to be the following

SIP phones ACK with SAVP

SCCP Phones ACK with AVP
