Symptom:
issue observed on Prime Infrastructure 2.1/2.2
WLC: 5508/2504/8500/7500 with 7.6.120 /8.0.110
POE Switch - SM-ES2-24P on 2911 Router. Also seen with AP's connected on 3560.

802.11af power is drawn by AP's. Prime Infrastructure reports critical alarm, that AP's are receiving low power.
SNMP traps for low power may be seen in the MSG log of the WLC

Conditions:
AP is powered by 802.3af PSE
One of the AP trap categories are enabled in the WLC Trap Controls
