Description (partial)

Symptom:
Small memory leak in case of issuing "show avc wlan application top aggregate/upstream/downstream" and no username being returned.

Conditions:
AVC configured and thus AVC top N user is enabled as well. Client joined the network and then disconnected. If issuing command "show avc wlan application top aggregate/upstream/downstream", the memory leak will be observed.
