Description (partial)

Symptom:
Mobility tunnel between a 3650 and a 5508 can take several hours to be established.

Conditions:
a) 3650 configured as MC (not 3850 and not to 3650 MA)

b) tunnel towards aireos box MC (to another 3650 MC or 5760, issue is not applicable)

c) when 3650 is DTLS server with 5508 serving as DTLS client. Typically, the controller with the higher ip takes on the role of DTLS server.

Hello, we are working with CUWN in a centralized setup since years. It works fine. In a Converged Access/New Mobility setup we experience problems in establishing DTLS mobility tunnel from a local MC to a central guest anchor controller (with new mobility enabled).
