Description (partial)

Symptom:
In a Cisco ASR 5500, a reboot of a DPC2 may, on rare occasion, fail because DIMMs are not detected on one of the sockets in a CPU subsystem. The card is is kept off line. Logs indicate that the failure is related to "Invalid Memory Size."

In a Cisco ASR 5500 with DPC2 installed, a DPC2 is rebooted.
