Cisco Bug: CSCuq79270 - J4W via Collab-Edge should disable Meeting Server Integration

Last Modified

May 05, 2016

Products (1)

  • Cisco Jabber for Windows

Known Affected Releases

10.5

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Users on Jabber over Collab-edge are prompted for Meeting server credentials via a SSO prompt even though on premise meeting server integration is not supported over expressway. Currently their is no way to disable meeting server integration when over Expressway and keep it enabled when on the internal network.

Customers would like a way for the software to disable the unsupported Meeting integration when they connect over Collaboration Edge.

Conditions:
Default IE settings to prompt for credentials when not on the internal network is set. User logs into Jabber over Expressway and has Meeting Server integration setup.
