Description (partial)

Bandwidth allocation in a service policy on Satellite ICL is not correct. Allocated BW in policy-map applied to Satellite ICL interface is 10x higher than expected. Example:

LC:Satellite#sh policy-map interface te1/45
Limited counter support. Refer documentation for details.

  Service-policy output: child-out-2

    Class-map: routing (match-any)
      25965404 packets, 2026415870 bytes
5 minute offered rate 265000 bps, drop rate 0000 bps
      Match: qos-group 5
        25965404 packets, 2026415870 bytes
        5 minute rate 265000 bps
      queue limit 17625 packets
      (queue depth/total drops/no-buffer drops) 100/0/0
      (pkts output/bytes output) 25965404/2026415870
      bandwidth 5% (500000 kbps)

Allocated bandwidth is 500Mbps, while it should be 50Mbps.

1Gig SFP is used on the TenGig ICL interface on ASR9000v and Satellite QoS Offload is configured using "bandwidh percent".
