Description (partial)

Symptom:
Bandwidth allocation in a service policy on Satellite ICL is not correct. Allocated BW in policy-map applied to Satellite ICL interface is 10x higher than expected. Example:

Conditions:
1Gig SFP is used on the TenGig ICL interface on ASR9000v and Satellite QoS Offload is configured using "bandwidh percent".
