Symptom: Bandwidth allocation in a service policy on Satellite ICL is not correct. Allocated BW in policy-map applied to Satellite ICL interface is 10x higher than expected. Example: LC:Satellite#sh policy-map interface te1/45 Limited counter support. Refer documentation for details. TenGigabitEthernet1/45 Service-policy output: child-out-2 Class-map: routing (match-any) 25965404 packets, 2026415870 bytes 5 minute offered rate 265000 bps, drop rate 0000 bps Match: qos-group 5 25965404 packets, 2026415870 bytes 5 minute rate 265000 bps Queueing queue limit 17625 packets (queue depth/total drops/no-buffer drops) 100/0/0 (pkts output/bytes output) 25965404/2026415870 bandwidth 5% (500000 kbps) Allocated bandwidth is 500Mbps, while it should be 50Mbps. Conditions: 1Gig SFP is used on the TenGig ICL interface on ASR9000v and Satellite QoS Offload is configured using "bandwidh percent".
