Description (partial)

Symptom:
When using the Java Client, if you highlight and select multiple jobs and enable them all, you will only receive the effective date popup notification for the first in the list selected. The other jobs do not get inserted into the schedule at all and you have to go back and update them individually.

If you enable multiple jobs in the Web Client, you receive an effective data pop-up notification for each job selected at which point it shows up in the schedule. Java Client logic needs to reflect the same as the Web Client.

Conditions:
Enabling multiple jobs in the Java Client.
