Description (partial)

Symptom:
traffic drop

Conditions:
1.Configure dhcp snooping ,dhcp snooping on BD globally
2.Configure ip arp inspection globally
3.Configure ip arp inspection trust and ip dhcp snooping trust on the interface which is connected to the server.
4.Configure service instances on client and server interfaces.
5 Ping to client from server.Ping works fine
6.Enable ip arp inspection bridge-domain bd_id globally.You can see ping fails from client to server
