Last Modified

Products (1)

  • Cisco Prime Infrastructure

Known Affected Releases

2.1(1)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Health Monitor process may crash when establishing HA or during normal operation when syncing files between PI Servers

This could trigger automatic failover if configured, or cause failback operations to fail

Conditions:
This is known to occur when a very large buildup of .cfg files occurs in disk:/tftp from Config Archive operations that is not cleared

While the buildup can occur in standalone mode, it is not known to cause crashes, only in High Availability.
