Description (partial)

Symptom:
cache-sync.log. and cache-sync.log..lck files that go up to 100 (they seem to be created every 30 minutes), at which point they stop getting created.

Conditions:
Looking in Client Manager install folder, there are cache-sync.log. and cache-sync.log..lck files that go up to 100 (they seem to be created every 30 minutes), at which point they stop getting created. 30 minutes after the last log file creation, we seeIOExceptions in the DSP logs.
