Description (partial)

Symptom:
When running the "  Contact Service Queue Activity Report ", and selecting chart view from the dropdown menu, we get the following error :

"During last refresh interval - view could not refresh itself due to an error

An attempt was made to display a chart that includes report footer data, but one of the chart's fields has no footer defined in the corresponding report definition."

Conditions:
This happens only on CSQ reports and is confined to Average Charts.

The following charts from the dropdown are affected:

> Average handle time by CSQ chart.

> Average speed of answer by CSQ chart.

> Average time to abandon by CSQ chart.

> Average time to dequeue by CSQ chart.
