Description (partial)

Symptom:
- Primary and secondary node not containing the same recordings, e.g. recording A is in Primary but not in Secondary. 
- Replication is inactive. Use root run "source /opt/cisco/ora/bin/ora_ids.env;cdr list server" on primary and secondary. Replication reports as inactive or not setup.
- Cannot login into the admin page of Primary, but login to Secondary works (in this case the underlying cause occurred on the primary node, it can in theory occur on the secondary node which reverses the symptoms).
- When accessing Secondary node to see the hard disk capacity of Primary, the system displays "Disk Usage information is not available for this server".
- Some processes were not started on the Primary, while all services were running on Secondary.

Conditions:
Power outage which caused the servers to be instantly turned off. After that, the file system was out of free storage on /.
