Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unable to modify the SIP profile using Bulk Administration->Phones->Update Phones->Query even when the Device Protocol type for all phone returned in the search is SIP.

Conditions:
If the search results include more then one Device Type and all devices returned are using Device Protocol SIP the SIP Profile can not be modified.  It is missing from the Protocol Specific Information Section of the Update Phones page.
