Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer receive everyday email regarding reporting for system, phone book and update activity.

1) Customer Requesting to have choice what to report. (web/GUI) to tune reporting.
2) Option for historical data/duration like last 30 Days data to report and adjustable time report  (Web/GUI)

Conditions:
Email Alert for Activity Daily.

The background event could not complete successfully due to an error. 
Description:    	Phone Book updated on all systems   
Start Time:    	9/8/2014 5:00 PM   
Completed Time:    	9/8/2014 5:03 PM   
Failure Reason:    	Some, but no all systems updated
