Description (partial)

Customer attempts to build a custom layout with the CallControl gadget at the TAB level (in the layout) and the CallControl gadget does not work as expected.  The dial pad does not pop up.

1. Any Finesse version that allows custom layouts and supports the CallControl Gadget.
2. A custom layout is being used and the CallControl gadget is referenced within a TAG
