Description (partial) 

Symptom:
>> Unable to remove duplicate entries of phone services in User Device Profile (UDP) after BAT import.
>> If we check the phone services in detail we could see the URL would be same however the IP_Phone service name would be different.

Conditions:
>> There could be two scenarios.

1) IP_Phone_service Name would be same however there would be difference in URL associated to it

2) IP_Phone_service Name would be different however the URL associated to them will be same.
