Cisco Bug: CSCuq75690 - Patrol read process starts even if there are only SSD in the system

Description (partial)

Symptom:
UCSM GUI shows Operation patrol read failed for blades running SSD's
Patrol read process should not start when there are only SSD in the system

In my case we were seeing this issue on B200 - M4 systems with SSD drives. 

We also were seeing Thermal Issues being reported on all B200 - M4 systems SSD drives, from VMWare. 

We got these logs from syslog server:

Server 1/4:

Server 1/3:
2015-05-03T16:30:27Z smartd: [warn] naa.500a07510d00c6f3: above TEMPERATURE threshold (20 > 0)
2015-05-03T16:30:27Z smartd: [warn] naa.500a07510d00e033: above TEMPERATURE threshold (23 > 0)

Conditions:
When there are only SSD in the UCS blade servers
