Description (partial)

Symptom:
Agent goes to NOT READY state after CVP ring no answer timeout.

Conditions:
CCE with CVP.  Agent does not answer the call within the configured RNA timeout.
Only occurs when CVP requery is enabled when CVP RNA timer < ADS RONA timer
