Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unable to login an agent via CTI-OS or Finesse Agent desktop

Conditions:
After CUCM upgrade from CUCM 10.5 FCS to 10.5.1.98000-263 in UCCE 10.5 solution set,Agent login fails with "error 10158 An attempt has been made to log in to a device that has unsupported IP addressing mode configured on UCM. Supported IP addressing mode for agents devices is IPv4"

CUCM call manager upgrade 10.0.1 to 10.5.2 – for PCCE 10.0.1 setup
Dear Team,   Current we are running  PCCE setup with 10.0.1 version . now we are planning to migrate only call manager version from 10.0.1 to 10.5.2 . Above upgrade will support PCCE central controllers or not  . I am not able to find PCCE software compatibility guide for 10.5.x   But I found in 10.0.1 design guide they mention  Unified CM 10.0(1) and later maintenance releases .
