Symptom: Unable to login an agent via CTI-OS or Finesse Agent desktop Conditions: After CUCM upgrade from CUCM 10.5 FCS to 10.5.1.98000-263 in UCCE 10.5 solution set,Agent login fails with "error 10158 An attempt has been made to log in to a device that has unsupported IP addressing mode configured on UCM. Supported IP addressing mode for agents devices is IPv4"
