Description (partial)

Symptom:
Logs collected after editing default call trace template in UseTemplate

Conditions:
Steps :

Actual Behavior:
1.	Navigate to Operate --> LCC
2.	Select a device from device table, and click on collect logs, 'Call Trace' is the default template selected in the use template drop down, now click on the box and edit/remove call trace template, and click on run.
3.	Log collection job is running and collecting logs although we didn't select any template from Use Template drop down in step 2.

Expected Behavior:
4.	Let's say by default log collection happens for default call trace template, then how the end user will come to know for which template log collection is happening as we didn't select any template and we edited default call trace template from use template drop down.
5.	So if the log collection happens for default call trace template and if default call trace template is in read only mode, then we should not be able to edit default call trace template in use template drop down. Use Template drop down should not be editable for default call trace.
