Description (partial)

All CTI ports involved in the call are displayed on Finesse Agent desktop, until they are cleared once the Call_Connection_Cleared Event is received from JTAPI.

Consider the following UCCX call flow -

1. Caller dials into trigger1. CTIPort 1 is selected. 
2. Caller presses a digit which redirects the call to trigger2. CTIPort 2 is selected. 
3. Caller pressed a digit again which redirects the call to trigger3. CTIPort 3 is selected. 
4. A finesse agent gets the call and he/she sees the original calling number and all 3 CTIPorts on display.
