Symptom:
WGB 1532 running 15.2(4)JB5 shows very high output drop counts on the "show interface dX" counters, even though there's no packet drop seen at the "show controller dX" side (nor any connectivity issue is reported at the wired clients).

Conditions:
WGB 1532 only (not seen on 2600 running in the same code, config, environment.
