Description (partial)

Symptom:
Pressing the "Submit" button on the Global Settings dialog for (Security Services...Cisco Ironport Email Encryption) after pressing the "Edit Settings..." button does not function (seemingly in any browser).

Conditions:
This seems to occur under the following conditions:
     * User has an encryption profile currently defined that is setup to use a proxy.
     * ASyncOS 8.0.1  (Behavior is not reproducible in 8.5.6).
