Description (partial)

Symptom:
When running email reports from CUIC the reports will give data for one day before you requested the report.
For Example If your start date time is May 13 00:00:00 to May 13 11:59:59 your report will show data for May 12.

Conditions:
This occurs in the Co Resident version of CUIC 
This happens with Email Reports.
