Job Scheduler goes to complete state while processing

Kindly download the attached tar file(Which i created from export page for gateways and Directory numbers)
Go to bulk Administration - upload/download - upload it under import/export
Bulk Administration - Import/Export - Import the uploaded file.
then go to job scheduler - click the submitted job file - after 5 minutes ,it shows completed. But it was processing the job. Have attached snap shot.
Kindly look out them.

I have created only one gate ways, but it shows 8 passed, 1 failed.

Similar issue found in importing directory numbers (directorynumberfail_09042014205156)

It goes to processing state then completed state then again goes to processing state.
