Description (partial)

Symptom:
A 9971 phone fails to resume a remote-held call.

Conditions:
1. Phone A and phone B share a line. Privacy settings on both phones are off.
2. Place a call from phone C to the shared line. Answer the call on phone A.
3. Hold the call on phone A.
4. Resume the call on phone B.
5. Hold the call on phone B.
6. Resume the call on phone A.
    Phone A fails to resume the call. Pressing the Hold key, session key or Resume soft key doesn't resume the call. Pressing the Speaker key doesn't create a new call. Pressing an idle session key doesn't create a new call. Hooking-off doesn't create a new call.  // Faulty  //
    The application key is functional.

7. Resume the call on phone B then end the call.
    The held-call-session on phone A doesn't disappear.  //  Faulty  //
