Description (partial)

Symptom:
In IOS-XR 4.2.0 to 5.1.2, l2fib_mgr process might crash if a l2mcast packet is received on a bundle-ether attachment circuit due to punted packet having XID=0.

A defensive fix has also been introduced in 5.1.3 for l2fib_mgr.

Conditions:
l2vpn bridge-group with igmp snooping and mac secure under bundle AC
