Description (partial)

Symptom:
++ Duplicate phone_services are not getting removed after following below procedure.

++++++
Navigating >> Bulk Adminstation >> User Device Profile >> Update UDP >> Query  ::::: And checked "Remove Duplicate" under "Assign IP Phone Services" section. 
++++++

Conditions:
++ Customer has 3000+ User Device Profiles (UDP)
++ After BAT import (for CSS & PT changes) for UDPs, UDPs got duplicate Phone_Services.
++ Duplicate phone_services are not getting removed after following below procedure.
