Description (partial)

Symptom:
While configuring L3 ACLs on an N6K with a Python onePK app, the following port operator enums "ONEP_OPER_ONEBYTE" and "ONEP_OPER_TWOBYTE" result in a OnepIllegalArgumentException, displaying the error message: "Source/Destination port operator is invalid".

These are internal enums and they must be removed from the public PortOperator enum in L3Ace.py.
